Introducing the LEGALFLY Ambassador Program

Legal AI is moving fast. The people who understand it best are already using it. Now, we're giving them a platform.

VP of Marketing

Today, we're launching the LEGALFLY Ambassador Program: a select group of legal professionals and innovators who are using LEGALFLY to do more, move faster, and bring real value to their organisations. People who believe in what we're building, and want to share that with their networks. Apply to join the program here.

Why an Ambassador Program?

The most powerful endorsement of any product isn't a case study or a campaign. It's a practitioner, in a conversation, saying: this works.

We noticed it happening already. LEGALFLY users recommending the platform to peers, mentioning it at events, sharing it with their networks without being asked. That kind of natural advocacy is the most credible signal we have that the product is delivering real value.

The Ambassador Program is our way of recognising that, and giving it structure. We want to reward the people who are already championing LEGALFLY and make it easier, and more worthwhile, for them to keep doing it.

Meet our founding ambassadors

Sophie Best - Legal Tech Consultant & Founder, at Knowledge Nexus, the AI Skills Community for Lawyers

Sophie has been working at the intersection of law and technology for years, helping legal professionals navigate a crowded and often overhyped market. She was one of our first ambassadors, and we asked her what drew her to the program.

"Legal AI is a crowded space right now, and contracting in particular has become almost a buzzword. Every tool claims to do it. But when you look closely, a lot of them stop at the document level. They don't reckon with the governance and risk dimensions that make legal work genuinely complex."

For Sophie, it was LEGALFLY's approach to privacy and security that stood out.

"Privacy by design isn't a feature they've bolted on. It's architectural. For any organisation handling sensitive commercial agreements, that matters enormously, especially in an environment where regulators are paying close attention to how AI processes data."

On what excites her about where LEGALFLY is heading, Sophie points to the shift from task automation to genuine workflow intelligence: "The shift from task automation to full workflow automation, where legal can define the steps, the rules, the escalation logic, and the approvals, is where things get genuinely transformative."

Albert Röell - Senior Advisor, Fortino Capital

Albert brings a rare combination: a legal background with deep commercial instincts, sharpened through years advising businesses at the growth stage.

"LEGALFLY combines both elements: a business focus on legal departments and generative AI. They emphasise security and privacy, both critical qualities for larger corporations."

His view on where LEGALFLY can go is direct:

"LEGALFLY has the potential to quadruple the effectiveness of legal work while cutting overall costs substantially. Businesses across all industries need this type of support."

Jeroen Zweers - Legal Tech Pioneer, Educator & Author

Jeroen has been one of Europe's most recognised legal innovators for over 25 years. In 2016, the Financial Times named him among the top 10 legal innovators in Europe. He is not easily impressed, which is exactly why his assessment carries weight.

"I've stress-tested more tools than I can count, and LEGALFLY is one of the rare ones where the demo experience actually matches what you get on a Monday morning with a stack of contracts."

Jeroen drove to Ghent to meet the LEGALFLY team in person after just a month of using the product. What he found confirmed what the product had already shown him.

"I could tell this wasn't a team building features from a roadmap dreamed up in a boardroom. They were solving problems they'd actually heard from lawyers. That matters enormously."

For the Benelux market in particular, Jeroen highlights something that goes beyond features:

"The number one frustration I hear is: 'This AI doesn't understand our context.' LEGALFLY does. That's not a small thing. That's everything."

What does it mean to be a LEGALFLY Ambassador?

Ambassadors are a small group of LEGALFLY users who recommend the platform within their networks, and advocate for LEGALFLY at digital and in-person events.

In return, ambassadors receive:

  • A referral fee for every client successfully introduced to LEGALFLY

  • An additional free user for clients referred

  • Invites to expenses paid LEGALFLY events and other perks
